Trần Duy Quán là giám chế của đài truyền hình TVB Hồng Kông.
Trần Duy Quán gia nhập TVB từ năm 1991 với vai trò trợ lý đạo diễn, sau đó lên làm đạo diễn. Năm 2001 lên làm giám chế. Tác phẩm đầu tiên trong vai trò sản xuất là Nộ hỏa nhai đầu 2. Ông kết hôn năm 2003, vợ là cán bộ cấp cao của sở lao động Hồng Kông, tên Dư. Năm 2013, ông cùng ekip Bao la vùng trời 2 đạt giải Phim truyền hình hay nhất.
