Lee Joon Hyuk là nam diễn viên điển trai của màn ảnh Hàn Quốc có trình độ đại học.

Lee Joon Hyuk ra khán giả truyền hình trong năm 2006 bằng sự xuất hiện trong một video âm nhạc của ban nhạc hip hop Typhoon. Anh bắt đầu sự nghiệp diễn xuất trong bộ phim truyền hình năm 2007 First Wivess Club. Lee Joon Hyuk đã tham gia các vai diễn trong Three Brothers (2009), I am Legend (2010), City Hunter (2011) và Man from the Equator (2012). Anh nhận đóng vai chính trong bộ phim truyền hình Trung Quốc Fairytale vào năm 2012.

Lee Joon Hyuk gia nhập nghĩa vụ quân sự bắt buộc của mình vào ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2012, và đã được xuất ngũ vào ngày 18 tháng 3 năm 2014. Anh trở lại nghiệp diễn trong phim My Spring Days.
