Quan Vịnh Hà là diễn viên khá nổi danh trong làng giải trí Hồng Kông. Cô từng góp mặt trong phim Trung Quốc Như Ý Cát Tường năm 2002.

Quan Vịnh Hà là diễn viên Hồng Kông. Cô góp mặt khá nhiều phim truyền hình, có những vai diễn đã gây được nhiều ấn tượng cho khán giả, đồng thời nhận nhiều giải thưởng cao quý trong sự nghiệp. Sau khi lấy diễn viên điện ảnh Trương Gia Huy, cô lui về hậu phương nuôi con, để chồng an tâm tung hoành trong làng nghệ thuật. Thỉnh thoảng Quan Vịnh Hà có quay lại đóng phim cho TVB nhưng hào quang năm xưa đã không còn.
