Lâm Kỳ Hân là cựu diễn viên TVB. Hiện nay cô tập trung phát triển kinh doanh.

Lâm Kỳ Hân tốt nghiệp trung học, trở thành DJ và tham gia hoa hậu Hồng Kông 1986, sau đó gia nhập TVB. Có một thời gian cô rời đài sang ATV rồi quay lại. Đa phần các vai diễn của Lâm Kỳ Hân là vai khó ưa. Hai vai ấn tượng nhất có lẽ là đại phu nhân Ngô Nguyệt Nương trong phim Mối hận Kim Bình và Trương Ngọc Khanh trong Thiên Luân. Hiện cô đang làm kinh doanh.
