Dương Thoại Lân là diễn viên lá xanh của TVB, nhưng đồng thời cũng là một doanh nhân.
Dương Thoại Lân là cử nhân giáo dục công trình dân dụng tại Toronto, Canada. Anh theo Cơ Đốc giáo. Năm 1987, đang xem chương trình TVB, anh đùa với vợ rằng nếu cô lấy mẫu đơn thì anh sẽ tham gia. Anh giành chiến thắng trong Enjoy Yourself Tonight và gia nhập TVB từ 1990 đến nay. Khởi đầu của anh là dẫn chương trình đô thị rồi đóng các vai nhỏ trong phim, đa phần là doanh nhân. Ông gặp khó khăn và liên tiếp vướng phải các scandal ảnh hưởng đến danh tiếng. Hiện nay ông vừa là diễn viên vừa kinh doanh thực phẩm sạch an toàn.
