Hạ Bình là diễn viên lá xanh của TVB, gia nhập làng giải trí từ năm 1955.

Hạ Bình tên thật là Lư Tiểu Bình, là diễn viên lá xanh quen thuộc với khán giả TVB. Bà sinh ra ở Hồng Kông, từng chạy nạn thời chiến tranh thế giới thứ 2 rồi mới quay về. Năm 1955 bắt đầu tham gia đóng phim nói tiếng Quảng. Nằm 1970 tham gia Shaw Brother suốt 17 năm. Năm 1982 gia nhập TVB. Dù chỉ đóng vai bà của các diễn viên chính nhưng Hạ Bình vẫn được khán giả yêu thích, các hậu bối kính trọng và học hỏi kinh nghiệm. Năm 2005 bà được trao giải cống hiến tại TVB Anniversary Awards, ghi nhận những đóng góp của bà cho ngành giải trí.
