Koizumi Yoshiaki - Tiểu Tuyền Hoan Hoảng nổi tiếng với vai trò sản xuất, đạo diễn và thiết kế video game.
Koizumi Yoshiaki tốt nghiệp trường đại học Nghệ thuật Osaka chuyên ngành sản xuất phim, sau đấy làm việc cho Nintendo từ năm 1991. Koizumi là quản lý của Tokyo Software Development Group No. 2 thuộc Entertainment Analysis & Development Division và nổi tiếng với game series Mario và The Legend of Zelda.
