Kusuba Kozo - Nam Diệp Hoành Tam là biên kịch, đạo diễn Nhật Bản. Ông nổi tiếng với vai trò đạo diễn cho phim dài Doraemon.

Năm 1971, Kusuba Kozo gia nhập Tokyo Movie. Năm 1981 đạo diễn phim hoạt hình đầu tay, và đồng đạo diễn một số series. Năm 2004 làm việc freelance. Từ năm 2005, bắt đầu đạo diễn cho Doraemon phim dài phiên bản mới cho đến năm 2012.
